King Rama II Memorial Park

The park is lush and green with a great variety of plants. Saplings can be bought from shops lining the entrance to the park. Inside, an open air theater has been built, where the mask play of Ramakian, the Thai version of the Ramayana, is performed on February 24, Thai Artist Day, each year.

The King Rama II Museum inside the park is a five-unit Thai-style group house, with a display of artifacts and personal objects of the artistic king. The Mae Klong River runs past the back of the park.

A river barge used by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for touring the park can be seen docked at the pier. Visitors can relax in the pleasant atmosphere of the riverside park or enjoy the boat noodles available for sampling at very affordable prices.
