At Elements Restaurant the fantastic romantic candlelit dinner begins with chilled Champagne and a box of chocolates for that special someone. The intimate feast continues with a selection of amuse bouche followed by delights such as langoustines and caviar with Sakura flower jelly, Hokkaido scallops, turbot in Champagne sauce and tender Japanese wagyu beef.
Meanwhile, at Up & Above Restaurant couples can indulge in pan-fried foie gras on brioche, grilled seafood and seafood on ice, a selection of freshly made sushi and sashimi, oysters, butter baked Hotate scallops and a selection of hot Japanese specialties including ramen, gyozas and yakitori.
