My name is Claudio and I was born some years ago in Northern Italy between Milano and the border of Switzerland. There I soon grew tired of snowy, gloomy cold weather and the stress of returning back from a variety of unforgettable holidays. So I decided to pack my suitcases and move to Thailand. Now, over thirty years later, following restaurants in both Pattaya and Cha-am, I found myself in the “Royal Resort” of Hua Hin and it’s here where I finally found my feet.
It is the freshness of our produce and use of imported Italian products that are a part of our success. Vegetables are daily buys at the fresh market. seafood, beef, veal and lamb are imported from New Zealand, Australia and Europe. It is quite easy nowadays to find the right ingredients and of course Italian wines thanks to the large popularity of the healthy Mediterranean diet and Italian cuisine in Thailand. Our bread, pastas and desserts are home made.
